Celebrations in Mumbai of Shilpa Shetty's resounding victory in Big Brother are being joined today by Melange's Pratap Shetty (no relation), seen here rehearsing some of his dancers for their set with Shilpa in 2005. Both Pratap and Shilpa are from south Indian background.
Pratap has choreographed on numerour occasions with Shilpa and finds her a joy to work with. Both speak Tulu, a language of Karnataka. This is their language of choice when they meet up, even although Hindi is the working language. Here and below, Shilpa performs on stage with Pratap dancers.
