Melange Network and the English arts organisation Kala Phool’s joint bid has been awarded a development contract. This is from Arts Council England South East to empower the Mela sector in that area to realise their own development. The project will run from January 2007 to June 2008. Important dimensions of the programme include networking and information sharing, identifying shared learning needs, identifying solutions to shared challenges and identifying and responding to shared ambitions.
